Staff super friendly. Relaxing at the spa after a long trip was amazing. The breakfast was super healthy and fresh. I want to thank all the staff for an amazing stay .

Breathtaking views across the river. The balcony was quite spacious and I could have spent all day relaxing there. We had the breakfast and it was very tasty, just good local food.

Fabulous property which was a perfect place to explore the Douro valley. The host Helena and her daughter were extremely welcoming. Breakfast each morning was a feast and served by Helena. The property is spacious, very clean and had all the facilities required for the perfect stay including a hot tub, pool table and honesty bar.

The house is modern, very attractively designed and laid out. Our room was light, spacious and very comfortable, with the added extra of the jacuzzi /hydromassage tub. The staff, including Inês the receptionist and the two ladies who prepared and served the excellent breakfast, were all very friendly and welcoming. Although the location was central, parking was easy and convenient.

Calming and relaxing atmosphere. Great views, nice territory for walking and exploring for the kids: pets, gardens, vineyards. Nice indoor pool area. Good breakfast with sparkling vine.

The property is tastefully decorated. The quality of linens, furniture, decor is minimalistic with style. Being in nature and relaxing in the beautiful outside spaces was fabulous.The owner Jesinta is lovely and so helpful and a talented chef. She offered to make us dinner. It was Over the top Delicious.Breakfast as well 👍 I cannot say enough about this property other than I want to stay longer❣️

The decor was fab, the breakfast was extensive, the facilities were unexpected - outside pool, inside pool, nordic tub, sauna and spa. Beautiful outlook.

We were blown away by our stay at Lamego Hotel & Life; from our initial warm welcome at reception, to the breakfast, the spa, the pool, the food - everything was fantastic. We felt thoroughly pampered and relaxed after our 2 nights and desperately didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
