The location is very good. There are many shops, cafés, and restaurants near the hotel. There is also a metro station and bus stops nearby. The staff is very kind, the spa is good, and the breakfast is very nice.

Fantastic hotel, in walking distance (10mins) to Lisbon Airport (they also offer a shuttle if you don't want to walk - takes less than 5mins). Generous rooms, large and very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Great breakfast and working areas as well. I wasn't able to use other facilities but from what I've seen, this hotel is a great choice if you need to stay near the airport.

There was a mistake done on the room we had booked, and the manager fixed the issue right away by upgrading us to a deluxe suite. This changed the whole experience and was extremely appreciated
