Savoy Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World - Savoy Signature ligger i Funchal, 1,8 km fra Praia do Gorgulho – Gavinas Strand, og har et privat strandområde, et fælles opholdsområde og en terrasse... The hotel was excepcional, the stuff very friendly and helpfull. And the highlight was the spa, we highly recomend it.

The hotel has a variety facilities including an infinity pool, indoor heated pool, sauna, Turkish bath, lots of outdoor lounge seatings. It offers complementary daily shuttle to Funchal and transfers to nearby levada walks. Breakfast was super delicious with many options! Best of all, the people are just amazingly friendly and kind! They went above and beyond to help us! One day we had to miss breakfast for a sunrise hike, the kitchen staff packed us sandwiches, water, fruit juices etc. Do yourself a favor and book a room in this hotel :) I hope we will be back soon!

Det nyrenoverede 4-stjernede Hotel Baia Azul ligger ideelt, 4 minutters gang fra stranden i Funchal. Breakfast is phenomenal - large selection and even sparkling wine to make your own mimosa! Also a plus that there are multiple coffee machines so you never have to wait for your morning coffee. Front desk staff was also very helpful - no complaints.

Hotel was immaculate. Staff were exceptionally professional and friendly. Cleanliness of hotel throughout was impeccable. Room was beautiful, spacious and trendy.Food from buffet breakfast to dinner was absolutely amazing. Decor throughout the hotel was top class. I especially admired the layout of the sculptures. Art throughout the hotel was captivating.Location of hotel was perfect. Leads directly onto beach walk. Only a few minutes from central Funchal. Few minutes from cable car system. Few minutes from Funchal port. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to both family and friends for all occasions.

Les Suites at The Cliff Bay har en opvarmet udendørs swimmingpool og en have i Funchal. Ejendommen ligger i Sao Martinho-kvarteret og tilbyder gæsterne adgang til spabad, sauna og 3 restauranter. This is an excellent hotel. Quiet and private. The staff were amazing, where literally everyone was friendly, welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. They each went out of their way to make it a memorable stay. The view from the suite, infinity pool and dining areas is absolutely incredible (and worth the higher price tag). To top it off, the daily all-inclusive breakfast and dining experience at Avista restaurant was fantastic. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Hotel Atrio er et lille familiedrevet, landligt hotel på den solrige, sydlige side af Madeira. The best hotel during our trip! We were impressed by the green garden, the view and heated swimming pool. The bed was super comfy, the room very clean and the little private terrace outside was a pleasant surprise.

Castanheiro Boutique Hotel ligger i Funchal. Marina do Funchal ligger 500 m fra hotellet, hvor der findes en spa, spabad samt en udendørs swimmingpool, der er åben året rundt. Excellent service from the moment you enter the hotel. All staff extremely friendly. Nice rooftop pool and bar/lounge. Rooms have everything you need. Left before breakfast but got a breakfast box that had more food than I could eat. Free spa admission with a steam room and Turkish bath complimentary. Nice restaurant and ambiance throughout the hotel. Highly recommended.
