Amazing place in a beautiful setting with super helpful staff who clearly take pride in this wonderful experience. Pools are lovely and relaxing with lots of different areas of bubbles / jets / saunas/ steam room etc. rooms are a good size and very comfortable. Food is amazing with lots of choices ( we are vegetarian) and the even the breakfast coffee tastes lovely! ( unusual!)

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was very helpful and always very nice, specially Sofia who did our check in and saw us everyday at breakfast! The breakfast was good, although it could have more variety. The rooms are spacious and very confortable, and we had a balcony with a beautiful view over Covilhã!

The location (quiet and surrounded by plenty of untouched nature), the design and architecture of the hotel, the breathtaking view from our (panoramic) room, the cleanliness, the amenities, complimentary toiletries and snacks, the warmth of the staff. The food was mind-blowing (both at breakfast and dinner). The complimentary welcome drinks and nibbles and the daily activities available were a really nice touch. The overall attention to detail and thoughtfulness that goes into it all is seriously outstanding. Frankly THE best hotel we've ever stayed at. We have not stopped recommending it to friends and family since.

The staff is very frindly and hosting, I felt like I was a guest that had been waited. Hotel administration truly values your stay and comfort and offers room upgrade when they have spare. It is also notable in every detail. Feela like all hotel, service and atmosphere is a guest oriented. The hoter exterior and interior design is decent and minimalistic, made with nature materials and colors, that helps you to relax from eye pollution. The restaurant service and food are great and delicious, I even tried currant (which I haven't been able to find for a long time). Moreover, the location is perfect: you live in a small village in 5star hotel observing picturesque viewes and having beautiful hiking trails nereby.

The hotel is very cozy and beautiful, nice spa, rooms are spacious enough and with all comforts. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive to detail, we got a welcome afternoon coffe and snacks which included different types of delicious handmade food and beverages, then welcome drinks before dinner where we were offered Porto wine. The hotel staff took great care of all guests. Amazing hotel, I'd love to go back, very much recommended!

Lusitânia Hotel offers rooms with private balconies, just 10 minutes by car from Guarda’s historic city centre. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and an extensive spa area. Good breakfast, room clean and big, huge bathroom. Sad, that we couldn't to use swimming pool and SPA, we arrived too late.
