I was absolutely captivated by the hotel's prime location in the heart of Serra Da Estrela, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Monica, Ruben, Daniel, and all the wonderful staff who made my stay unforgettable.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel, especially enjoying the thermal pool – it was amazing! What stood out to us was the exceptional service, both by the pool and at the bar. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also had a toast for dinner one evening, and it was delicious! The price was very reasonable for such great quality. Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for relaxation and great service.

Το Estrela Serenity - Mountain Resort βρίσκεται σε Folgosinho, σε απόσταση 42 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Praia de Mangualde και προσφέρει καταλύματα με εποχική εξωτερική πισίνα, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό... This is hidden Gem, Way better then expected. Sadly it is quite far from everything, but it does not matter as you have all the things you need!

Location, decor, the mix between traditional elements and modern made the space very unique. The bedrooms have beautiful wall art. The best was the staff, Carlos was exceptional!

I wanted to visit this hotel ever since I saw it on Design Hotels and on Instagram, so I booked a specific room and we traveled from Lisbon for it. Check-in was seamless and even though the room I wanted wasn’t available at first, the staff were very professional, patient and polite. They showed me the room and even offered to have it cleaned quickly so we could take it. However, another equivalent mirror room turned out to be one I liked even more, so we stayed with the initially allocated room. Excellent service from breakfast to dinner in their restaurant. I had expected less because I saw some feedback on Booking about portion sizes, but everything exceeded expectations: food was great, portions were not small at all and again the staff were very helpful, attentive and caring without ever being intrusive. We didn’t try the spa or the swimming pool, but those also looked great. The fireplaces throughout the hotel have a cozy, wooden smell. Breakfast had a great selection, including a separate à-la-carte menu. I especially liked the baked apples with cinnamon. And of course, the room I booked was beautifully designed, exactly what I hoped to see, with a very comfortable bed, crisp bedsheets, a balcony view, concrete walls and a glass wall. The weather was quite cold and the staff immediately turned the heater up, even brought an additional one without hesitation. To conclude, the only regret is that we didn’t stay longer because we had a flight back. I will definitely return if I’m in the area again. Thank you for your service.

Everything actually Stuff was exceptional! I was very scared of driving and eventually gave up. The hotel stuff helped me out to get in and out of hotel. Literally took over the wheel! Lusitânia Hotel offers rooms with private balconies, just 10 minutes by car from Guarda’s historic city centre. It offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools and an extensive spa area. A unique and very luxurious hotel, I must say that they pay attention to the smallest details so that the stay will be perfect. The breakfast was pleasant and rich. The facilities of the hotel, the staff, the atmosphere, the location - are incomparable. Value for money - excellent.
