Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Even in such a limited time, Ramada Oradea managed to impress us with its blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality.
