The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was top. We like to mention Ahmed, Ashwag, Abdullah, the Egyptian lady at the restaurant and all the others. Kind, efficient without being too intrusive. The restaurant at the 7th floor is super and not expensive. There is a beautiful beach not so far away, like 7-8 km north. Me and my wife spend two days there.

The hotel itself is very nice — the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed — but what truly made my stay exceptional was the service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to help me. They did their best to accommodate my request for an early check-in, and later in the afternoon, when I unexpectedly needed to return to Jeddah from Umluj due to an issue, they were incredibly supportive. Not only did they voluntarily check whether they could refund part of my stay — and succeeded — but Nouf and her manager also took it upon themselves to actively look for a taxi to take me back to Jeddah. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. A good hotel is important, but when problems arise, exceptional staff make all the difference. Nouf and her manager handled everything in the best possible way, and I am truly grateful for their help.

This has been the cleanest hotel visited in the past years anywhere around the world. Starting from the main entrance to the room, everything smells fresh and clean. The room is exemplary and comfortable. The smell of fresh linens makes you dive in the highest level of comfort.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities were excellent and the overall service was exceptional. A special thank you goes to the receptionist, I think his name is Abdulaziz, who was on duty during Maghreb. His warm welcome, attentiveness, and readiness to assist truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its superb hospitality and comfortable ambiance.
