This is a superb hotel in all respects. Outstanding room, brilliant resturant/ food and bar and friendly helpful staff. Top notch.

Within 5 minutes’ walk of Växjö Station and the main street, Storgatan, this family-run property offers good-value accommodation and a dining room with microwave and refrigerator. Great breakfast with a very good variety, staff were super nice and spa was nice touch.

Möckelsnäs Herrgård features a fitness centre, garden, a private beach area and terrace in Diö. The hotel also provides free WiFi as well as a paid airport shuttle service. We read poor reports on-line so were anxious that we had made a mistake booking. However everything we experienced was exceptional - the room, bathroom, breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. A gem of a location right on the lake in a National Forest. We hadn’t booked dinner so can’t comment on that, but food for breakfast was excellent. We would definitely return and recommend to friends.
