Staff was very professional, especially Food and Beverage staff. Restaurant deserves to be full every day. Dishes are full of tastes, cocktails like in cocktail bars. Breakfast is good, could be better filled up. Pool is amazing for kids. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Located in quiet street far from noise of road. But the biggest impression is definitely restaurant, taste of dishes and service. You don't need to go out of hotel, you have everything there.

The ski room was great for storing equipments in separate lockers per room that could be opened with the room key. Modern, organized and clean. Used the hotel’s bus transfer to the slopes. Buses were on time and drivers were kind. Our room was modern, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was very delicious. Self-service. Same every day. Dinner was an option for us. We tried both the pre-selected hot menu and cold plates. We were happy with both as they were tasty and good portion. Sauna World was excellent.

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed — down to the smallest details. The view from the apartment was simply breathtaking! Everything looked exactly like in the pictures, only even better in reality. The location was perfect, the beds were very comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were kind and responsive, making sure everything was just right. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommended!
