Everything! A beautiful hotel, with exceptional facilities, outstanding service, tremendous food with multiple dining options. The warmth of the staff cannot be overstated (including the F&B director Peter and General Manager Stefano who greeted us every day). Breakfast spread was one of the best we have experienced. As well as catering well for vegetarians and vegans, they cooked us special vegan meals throughout. Likewise the restaurants and Lay club had plenty of options and could veganise others. Location was perfect for all sightseeing and restaurants. Our room with panoramic ocean views was fantastic and well equipped, better than home. The vegan ice cream at the sky bar was to die for, as were the sunset views from there.

Staff was incredibly sweet, attentive and informative, they took care of our every need. The property is incredibly manicured and every attention given to detail and very vast! The many pools were beautiful and the beach service was perfect! The food blew us away as the breakfast buffet was one of the best we have ever had. The fish and seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared - and all our meals were top notch and beautifully presented! The rooms were spacious and the decor was perfect! Cleanliness was super! I would highly recommend the Andaz for your next vacation destination! Perfection!!

Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.
