First of all the entire staff was helpful and incredibly nice. From the restaurant staff, pool staff, cleaners, concierge and management. Location you can’t be closer to shopping and food hall than this hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job. Food was one of the best we have eaten and were always restocked. The pool are has something for everyone. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in Pattaya

It features an infinity pool, fitness centre and spa.... The absolute beauty of the Hotel was breathtaking. Amazing staff and excellent service. Staff were caring and made us feel special. The location was great.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Andaz Pattaya! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The resort is beautifully designed, blending modern luxury with traditional Thai elements that create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with stunning views and every comfort you could ask for. The breakfast spread was incredible—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety to satisfy every palate. The pools, beach area, and gardens were perfectly maintained, and it truly felt like a serene escape from the busy world. A special mention to the staff who went above and beyond to make every moment memorable. I would definitely return and highly recommend Andaz Pattaya to anyone looking for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

MASON asub Na Jomtienis, 700 meetri kaugusel Ban Amphuri rannast. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, spordikeskus ja aed. Mason was a wonderful experience for me and my partner. The pool villa was large with a nice view of the ocean, comfortable bedding and seating, a beautiful hot tub and bathroom/pool section. The staff were helpful and accommodating, in both the turn down service and anything we requested. The dinner at the hotel being delicious with a nice view of the sunset.
