The pictures don’t do it justice. Mo is the nicest host you could ask for and very helpful couldn’t recommend this villa anymore

Beautiful resort with romantic, quiet and rural atmosphere. Very good continental and Thai breakfast. The restaurant also serve delicious lunch and dinner. Comfortable king size bed in a spacious room with frontline ocean views. Amazing views for sunset at the pool, which also has a jacuzzi and is big enough for enjoying swimming. The spa and gym was also very good.

Featuring a balcony with sea views, a private beach area and a spa and wellness centre, Tao Thong Villa 2 can be found in Koh Tao, close to Sai Nuan Beach and 8.7 km from Ao Muong. Probably the best place I’ve ever stayed. Me and my partner were only booked for 4 nights and ended up booking an extra 3. It is abit steep getting down to the hotel but that didn’t bother us. You definitely want to rent a bike to get around since it’s not in the main strip of restaurants but that just added to the joy of the island. Some of the best corals I’ve ever seen were right out the front of the restaurant, we saw turtles every day! The staff were so lovely and welcoming they made it feel like a second home and I can’t wait to come back

The lady taking care of the hostel is soooo lovely. She is very funny and helpful about what to do around the island. She also set us up with scooter rentals for only 200 bahts! Very nice place with a nice vibe.
