Firstly, the hospitality in this hotel is out of this world. The staff is so attentive and welcoming, you feel very taken care of. The property itself is so beautiful and the views are spectacular. The breakfast had a lot to choose from and very delicious. The shuttle they offer is very convenient and saves money and time. Would recommend 1000%.

Amazing hotel. There's absolutely nothing bad about it. We stayed in a newer room with an amazing newly renovated bathroom. The staff was great and super nice and accommodating. The pool faces towards a beautiful cliff side that was very scenic and great for your photos. Since the hotel is a little further up from Ao Nang beach, it's quieter around the resort which is great. The resort also has shuttles to the beach which is very convenient. We ended up eating near the hotel most nights because the food was cheaper and just as good as the places near the main beach. They are currently renovating the resort to make it even better than what it already is and I'm excited to see what the resort will be like in the future. Overall, it's amazing value for money and I highly recommend staying at this resort, especially for families and couples and those looking for a quieter stay.

We had the best vacation ever at SeaSmile Koh Jum. From the first minute we arrived, the vibe was super chill and welcoming. And it doesn’t stop there: the resort’s restaurant is next-level. The cooks make absolutely delicious food, and we kept coming back for more because everything was just too good to miss it. Amazing hotel, with wonderful views and decoration. The staff members are polite and friendly, always helpful and trying to help. It’s definitely one of the best 5stars hotel in Ao Nang area. Totally worth it.

The beachfront hotel offered exceptional comfort and a stunning ocean view, surrounded by lush gardens. Our balcony included two beach chairs for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. The staff was remarkably friendly and we enjoyed the delightful breakfast. The General Manager personally engaged with guests during breakfast, fostering excellent relationships. We were grateful for the room upgrade during our extended stay, which enhanced our already wonderful experience at the hotel.
