The staff are excellent. Mainly, the hotel was unlike the others in the area, good value for the cost. Most hotels had exhorbitant prices for what they offer, just because it was the Chinese new year. Its a great little bit of quiet in the bustling Aonang area.

Our stay at Ban Sanai was the highlight of our two weeks in Thailand. The cliff views from the property are breathtaking. You feel fully immersed in nature and far from the chaos of Ao Nang Beach. Everything about the property was perfect.......perfect location....perfect staff.....perfect food.....perfect ambiance.....perfect hospitality. Our holiday was just PERFECT !! Our room overlooking the sea was just beautiful. The room was spacious and cosy. The bed was very comfortable and homely. The reception staff was very friendly and checked us in real quick. Gave a lovely tour of the property and explained all the facilities very patiently. The food of both the restaurants was very delicious.

Meena is an excellent host, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome. It almost felt like we visited our distant relatives. I highly recommend staying here when you visit Ao Nang. Meena went above and beyond to make sure we and our baby felt comfortable and it was really sad to leave but we hope to come back one day!
