The helped with arranging long distance transport. Spa really good - had a nagging back problem since a long flight and the GM of the spa fixed it - like a miracle. The food was very tasty. Beer and wine prices reasonable.

Efficient service and facilities. The best hotel in our one week in North Thailand.

With free WiFi, this 4-star resort has a terrace and a bar. The property has a garden, as well as a restaurant that serves American and Chinese cuisine. Great staff, facilities (especially the pool and restaurant), location, and transport options (cheaper than anticipated). The place was absolutely wonderful and well worth what we paid. Would happily come back again.

Thank you all very much! Also when I approached them with a small problem they just solved it in a more than hoped for way.
