We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

View Point Resort está en Ko Tao, a 6 min a pie de Playa de Chalok Baan Kao, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, zona de playa privada y terraza. Excelente estadía. Queremos destacar especialmente a Diego, que desde el primer momento nos hizo sentir como en casa. Siempre atento, cercano y con una calidez genuina que marca la diferencia. Se nota que ama lo que hace y que le importa de verdad el bienestar de los huéspedes. Gracias a él nuestra experiencia fue aún mejor. El hotel es cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado. Sin dudas volveríamos.

El SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort cuenta con dos edificios y goza de una ubicación tranquila frente a las blancas arenas de la playa de Chaweng. Superb accommodation, that looks exactly like the photographs. The staff were amazing and helpful with our one year old daughter. Upon check-in, you can choose your pillow & the smell of soap/bodylotion you prefer in your room. Also, SALA provides an app that you can use throughout your stay to communicate with the staff about housekeeping/restaurants reservations and everything else you can think of. Amazing and very responsive service. During our stay in Thailand, we stayed in various 5-star resorts, but this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We will definitely return to Koh Samui and to SALA Chaweng specifically. We highly recommend this hotel! Also, short walk to Chaweng center + 24/7 supermarket in front of the resort. The Tent serves very good breakfast, lunch and dinner with amazing views.
