Water warm-- almost too warm but whatever. Room perfect, hammock. Food amazing AMAZING and SO REASONABLY PRICED. I dream of returning to rim lay.

The layout of the room and view. The property is well maintained. Also the staff were so polite and took care of everything for you. The breakfast is good.

Very much loved this hotel - I think the pool + Beach + Restaurant/Bar setup are exceptional! Having the sunset view with the beach/pool/restaurant combined made the stay perfect, the beach walk is super nice too! stayed in a pool access room which was also a great feature to have our own semi-private space. The room was clean, comfy and what you would expect overall. Location is good and close enough to a couple of good restaurants (Mango), super close 711 and short walk (10-20mins to many more) or songthaew. Breakfast was reasonably priced with tons of options too.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. Alex is very kind and helpful. He arranged transport and massage for us. Massage was very good and you don’t have to go anywhere, massager is coming to beach house. Drinks are available in self service fridge, and prices are good. It’s a good quiet and beautiful place. Several good restaurants are nearby and if you want something new, ask Alex, where is Blues Blues. Thank you Alex, you are really good host.
