The hotel offers a great number of swimming pools, a rich buffet, diverse kids activities and we greatly appreciated the coffee shops No 1, the spa and the pâtisserie at Clementine. It was fabulous for our daughter to have German speaking staff at the kids club. The staff was great especially the ladies of the No 1 coffee shop, the clown, Bimba and Nur from the beach bar. Contrary to other places we have been the kids pools are in the shade which is something we particularly valued.

All Inclusive at the highest level Three things made it special for me: 1. The performance. End of season, over 90% full, and still this level of energy and consistency. Seriously impressive. 2. During a tense period in the Gulf, I was waiting for flights to reopen so I could travel to Bodrum and stay at this hotel again. I chose it specifically because I know the level of comfort and service they provide—even off-season. The hotel operates at full capacity as if it were peak season. This is my third consecutive year staying here, and every staff member, without exception, performs their job perfectly. From arrival to the moment I was escorted to my car, everything was seamless. Warm welcome drinks, smooth check-in, early room readiness, and thoughtful touches like a welcome card with flowers in the room. They also added a service I hadn’t noticed before: choosing your preferred pillow type, which was very comfortable. I also appreciated the late check-out. Special thanks to everyone—from housekeeping and valet to the hotel manager. You made my stay as relaxing as I hoped, and even more.

Loved everything about this property and I’m already planning my next visit! The food, service, and staff were all exceptional. We only stayed for five days, but honestly didn’t feel like leaving the hotel. The beach was beautiful, and every meal we had was delicious. + cute kids club and baby sitting if you’re traveling with kids. The hair salon was also excellent and efficient, quick. The spa was good, although it wasn’t the highlight of the stay for me, I didn’t feel it offered the best value for money. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily return.

It was fabulous Short trip from airport and cosy and warm, when we got there, as it was cold and rainy. It was perfect. Lovely fire burning and cosy. Lovely lady looked after us and our room was superb. Breakfast fantastic. We will definitely return.
