Wow, where do I start? A beautiful place to be at.Everything was perfect.I actually had tears in my eyes when I was leaving.All people working there were very kind and caring.We were treated with respect and nothing was to difficult for them. The room was lovely, The breakfast was delicious, Lovely shower cubicle And very modern toilet. Huge balcony with hot spring bath, Very relaxing outdoor hot springs and a swimming pool, I had a massage, that was excellent. So everything was great.

We really liked the service of the hotel staff. The room wasn't too big, but it was just comfortable for 2 nights stay. The private onsen bath was a highlight of the hotel! Very short walk (3mins) to the train station.

Service location food facilities were excellent. Everything is taken care of including having towels available at the pools The night buffet was very good quality but the zen garden restaurant chefs menu was even better. The hotel also had a lot of free activities for guests which included hiking tour and craft activities . There's a free library for guests with lots and lots of books on lend.

The hotel is stunning. I was particularly impressed by the space and comfort of my room, with private onsen on the patio. Staff is very kind and helpful. Japanese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for the price. The spa is fantastic too. There isn't much to do on foot around, but people come there mostly to enjoy the facilities of the great resort. Free bikes to rent and at least 3 konbini on walking distance
