There are just so many great things to mention about this hidden gem. 1.⁠ ⁠The vacation started before we even left our country. We emailed to enquire about any airline staff discount and the level of customer service in the email correspondence got us even more hyped for our week long vacation. 2.⁠ ⁠Arrival and greetings was unlike any other hotel reception. Maya, you are a gem. I honestly do not think these people know how to say "no", if there's a will there's a way and these folks got a lot of will to make your stay magical. 3.⁠ ⁠The property is kept immaculate, the entire hotel is spotless and smells super clean. Upon arrival there was literally a lady shining the floors. Makes you feel like royalty. And there was even someone to take the bags up to your room, yes please. 3.⁠ ⁠The room has a clean, modern, yet homey feel as you enter. The beds are super comfy, and the chairs in the room are as comfortable as they are aesthetic. The toiletry box is presented like a gift and the products are super high quality, had you smelling better than the Macy's perfume section. Thank me later, people will be complementing how nice you smell while you're out and about. Now for all the coffee lovers, there's a Nespresso machine in the room, with complimentary restocking of the pods during your stay, they even have decaffeinated coffee pods! Even the rain shower had us so relaxed we had to remind each other to exit. The smart tv is a really nice touch as well to have access to your own YouTube and Netflix accounts. We utilized this once we were in the room to listen to music and watch movies. 4.⁠ ⁠Housekeeping was super friendly and felt comfortable to have them enter the room to tidy up and replenish the essentials. Shout out to Shab, Luciano, Marcus, Emilio and Danay. You all went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

After a long day at the Saint Pete Beach, guests can return to the independently-owned Harmony Eco Hair Spa massage, salt therapy, and aromatherapy services with organic products. A launderette and free on-site parking are provided. We stayed 3 nights over New Years and totally enjoyed our stay. We were able to walk pretty much everywhere from the hotel. The ambiance at the pool was wonderful, and the service at the poolbar and restaurant was always great. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Fancy quiet athmosphere. Breakfast was very good. You can find very good restaurants and shopping court close by. The driver who brings us to beach called Kramer. He was super friendly. He always welcomed us, whenever he saw us.

Speaking English and Spanish, staff are always on hand to help at the 24-hour front desk. Breakfast was excellent. Dinners at Sophia were lovely, especially our waiter, Vito, went above and beyond to please us. The food was excellent and the Post and Beam Chardonnay was superb.

The apartment has a sauna, sun terrace and outdoor fireplace, and guests can grab a bite to eat in the restaurant. location is perfect. Service is great. Rooms are amazing. Staff is very helpful. So absolutely great experience. We will come back for sure.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Also very accommodating to our dog with a nice walk down the road to some benches overlooking the bay. Area around it is very walkable with close by restaurants, gift shop and brewery.
