We were overwhelmed with the staff, the quick service, the facilities, the food, and the wonderful positive vibe everywhere. It's very rare to get this quality of service, smiling faces and high standards, and it's obvious your staff is treated well, which makes all the difference! Loved the plastic slippers and bathrobe! And the hot cider...Liscia's massage was the best I've ever had!

Hotel location is peaceful and close enough to go high street and all of local restaurant especially breakfast. There are interesting places around hotel by walking. Room space is fair and cozy. Bed is good enough. Restroom is well.

Offering stunning views of Monterey Bay, a full-service spa and a private beach, the Monterey Plaza Hotel & Spa is located only steps from Cannery Row and 10 minutes' walk from the Monterey Bay... We would definitely choose this hotel again when traveling to Monterey. The views (and the otter families around the hotel) are amazing, it is just walking distance to the Pier, the Aquarium and downtown. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms clean. We ordered room service which was really super good and had a nice, enjoyable breakfast in the small and sunny breakfast room. Nice terrace, good coffee. We have absolutely nothing to complain about.
