Everything was very quiet, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully detailed. The location is excellent, convenient for getting around the city and close to the subway, yet at the same time peaceful, which makes all the difference when resting after a busy day. The true highlight, without a doubt, is the team: everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help and make us feel genuinely welcome. The care shown to me, my wife, and our daughter was especially meaningful, and the attention to every detail was truly memorable, making the celebration of a special occasion even more exceptional. I would like to especially highlight the pre-arrival contact by Victoria Vizcaino and the wonderfully positive and personalized surprises, thoughtfully arranged so that we could fully enjoy our celebration and so our daughter could also have fun during our stay. We loved it. It was an unforgettable stay that exceeded our expectations. We will certainly return and highly recommend the Mandarin Oriental without any hesitation.
