It was an absolute pleasure staying at Golden Lotus Grand in Da Nang! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome and valued. Our room was a haven of comfort and cleanliness. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Waking up each morning in such a pleasant environment was a delight. The swimming pool was another highlight. It was a good size for a refreshing dip, and surrounded by comfortable loungers perfect for soaking up the sun. It was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Finally, the hotel's location is fantastic. Being just a short distance from the beach meant I could easily stroll down and enjoy the sand and sea.

Excellent hotel, staff is very attentive and polite. Check in is quick and the ocean view is amazing! Tried the spa and I had a good Vietnamese massage. The last day we had to leave very early to the airport, the hotel provided us complimentary breakfast at 4:00 PM - sandwiches, fruit, water and some pastries. Hotel is very clean and the e room was comfortable. Highly recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the driver who took us to Ba Na Hills, he’s so kind and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place. Breakfast was amazing too.
