Set in the heart of the Northern Drakensberg, Cavern Resort & Spa provides family-friendly accommodation located 65 km from Harrismith and 48 km from Bergville. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. What a perfect vacation. The other guests were friendly and the whole atmosphere is like a family. Would 100% go back and bring friends and family.

Montusi Mountain Lodge offers a bar and is located 44 km from Bergville. Guests receive free Wi-Fi access, a children's playground and a swimming pool. Montusi Lodge will always be among the most special places we have ever visited. The grounds are gorgeous and location stunning - remote, with birdsong, epic views towards the Drakensberg amphitheatre and spectacular skies. The food is superb with a daily changing menu and we looked forward to 4 course dinners each evening (and the wine list!). We stayed 5 nights and hiked every day. Before we got there, Dumisani was super helpful with pre-organising transfers to the Royal Natal National Park (about 25km) which has fabulous hiking. Shorter self-guided trails can also be done on the Montusi estate, right from the lodge. A really impressive operation for such a remote location and hosts Lindsey & Mick and their lovely team are to be congratulated. Thanks for making us so welcome and accommodating our thirst for the great outdoors!

From the genuinely warm welcome from Tanya & Shaun to the easy check in, the super comfortable beds, the divine breakfast & the peaceful walk along the river banks, our stay was a time of refreshing & reconnecting. A shout out to Tanya for catering to my diet needs. Totally appreciated this.

Questa struttura offre una cucina premiata nella tranquillo contesto dei Monti Drakensberg nel KwaZulu-Natal, proprio ai margini della riserva naturale di Giants Castle. - Caster and Buhle were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and looked after during my stay - I ended up staying ten days and had booked a room with separate lounge area which was a winner. Suggest that option for longer stays. - Fire in my room during turndown service - The food was fantastic - I loved the views and time on the deck with a cup of coffee was just what the dr ordered - Tumi, the cat was adorable - The housekeepers are thorough and they even put my pjs in my bed so electric blanket would warm them! - Spa treatments with Buhle was relaxing and highlight of my afternoon - The owner (Mouse) took some time to catch up and listened to my feedback - Amen, the gardener was so friendly and always made time for a hello and chat.

A 8,7 km da Monks Cowl Country Club e 32 km da Winterton Museum, Misty peaks Cloudlands prevede il WiFi gratuito e un barbecue. The location and views of the mountain is simply unbeatable. The home is spacious and very comfortable. We booked for 5 nights and were delighted to hear we could extend our stay for another 2 nights. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering, we felt right at home. The hiking trails start literally a few steps from the the front door. Kevin from time to time checked up via what's app to ask if we need anything. Highly recommended.

Drakensberg Sun Resort offre una piscina all'aperto, un giardino, una sala comune e una terrazza a Winterton. Bellissimo Hotel, soprattutto la parte esterna, con un bel lago dove si può pescare, e noleggiare una canoa. Si mangia discretamente bene al ristorante buffett, e la colazione buona ed abbondante. Stanze comode ma forse un pelino datate. Tutto sommato ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
