The staff were polite and accommodating. The location is beautiful. We needed to check in early, and they graciously allowed us into one of our rooms while the other was being cleaned. There is a gorgeous view of the valley and city from the lounge windows.

It was a real pleasure encountering such welcoming and well intended hard working people. They literally would help you with anything you might need, including keeping our luggages for few days when we were in Machu Picchu. We would definitely recommend this hotel in order to feel the hospitality of the local people. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is customized on your preferences.
