The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was very fast (200+ Mbps — finally a hotel with serious internet!), the staff were polite, and the breakfast was good. Not many options, like vegetables for example, but overall I was very satisfied.

The rooms are amazing. Big, clean, comfortable and quiet. Well equipped kitchen, great balcony, comfy bed, big bathroom warm and very comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent.

Very nice, clean, warm, and relaxing family owned hotel with wonderful views. The owners are very hospitable, cheerful, and eager to help and accommodate every need. They even tried to find a ski instructor for our young one.The cuisine is local of high quality "traditional home cooking." With dedicated parking space and very close to the chania ski resort(5 mins by car). An all around excellent choice to get in touch with nature and relax.

El Pilion Terra Hotel, de construcción tradicional, se encuentra en Pilion, entre las localidades de Makrynitsa y Portaria, y alberga un bar decorado con gusto y equipado con sofás y chimenea. The view was amazing. Kind hosts. Great place to stay. Tasty breakfast. I loved it.

El Maistra, un establecimiento construido en piedra, está situado en la pintoresca localidad de Tsagarada, a 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Mylopotamos. Definitely the best accommodation I've ever been to in terms of value for money. The hotel is in quite and green area close to the main road that leads to the sea. The sea view from the hotel is stunning and definitely worth waking up early to see the sunrise. The property includes romantic and well maintained garden and has enough space for parking. The room was charismatic and clean with fresh towels. The highlight of every day were tasty breakfast made of local specialities with fresh orange juice and coffee. Nicolas, the man who runs the hotel, is doing amazing job. It's not just a hotel, it's a place with great atmosphere which can't be described by words where you feel completely relaxed and everything is perfect.

Hotel Apartments Sikia está a 4 min a pie de Playa Kato Gatzea y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, terraza y bar. El apartahotel ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. This is the cleanest facility in all the region. The owners and the staff is super kind.

Hotel Agelis se encuentra en Kala Nera, a 1 min a pie de Playa Glyphá y a 22 km de Estadio Panthessaliko. Este hotel de 3 estrellas tiene wifi gratis, bicicletas gratis y terraza. We loved George the owner and everyone we came in contact with there (Christos and Flora). We’ve been to this area (Kala Nera) 3 times now and stayed at 3 different places - this was by far the best. It feels so nice to receive a warm greeting every day and evening. It is the cleanest lilacs I’ve ever stayed. The rooms are made daily. The location is just off the Main Street/beach. Just perfect.

We arrived late at night to be VERY kindly greeted by the owners of the hotel who helped us to park (easy large lot across the street), to get our bags to our rooms and settle in. The beach and a lively restaurant scene was just a block away. Our room had a lovely terrace with a view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This was the perfect stay for our family. The family/owners were so lovely and kind. We highly recommend this Hotel.

El Stevalia Hotel & Spa se encuentra en la localidad de Katichori, en Pelión, a 1 km de la pintoresca Portaria. The service was wonderful and the view was beautiful. I needed to teach a Zoom class, and the reception in our room wasn’t good. The staff immediately stepped in to help and opened a suite for me with strong reception, from which I was able to teach the class. On our last day, when we were supposed to leave early, they opened the kitchen an hour ahead of schedule and provided us with a full breakfast. The rooms were beautiful and clean, and the hospitality was truly above and beyond.
