The host/staff were all extremely helpful. They let me check in early because of my early arrival. Ana helped me book a tour for the night I arrived, so I didn't have to search around. Room was nice with a door opening out into the courtyard. Breakfast was homemade and tasty in the morning, which they worked around my schedule. Quiet property, slept well. Would definitely stay again if I ever found myself back in banjuwangi. Thanks again :)

Very nice hotel, clean, quiet and in good location to reach everything by walking but also quick to airport or harbour with grab taxi. 😊 Mr Randy was always there for us (day and night). Super friendly and helped us with planning our trip to the thousand islands. Ms Ratna was super friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to help us organise a laundry service even on the biggest holiday of the year when everything was closed. Overall we had a great experience in this Brix Hotel.
