Great location near Parque de la Marimba, where you can enjoy beautiful live marimba music played by a full orchestra—it’s a wonderful experience. The rooms are clean, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym with a treadmill, bike, elliptical, and some dumbbells. Breakfast is nice, though I wish they had ketchup! Secure parking is available. The security guard was especially helpful, friendly, and spoke English. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk didn’t speak English, but she was still very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay.

We booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit). The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.

Guardando su Google maps questo albergo viene indicato come 1 stella, secondo me invece è meglio di molti 3 stelle provati in Messico. Personale gentilissimo. Vicinissimo alla piazza centrale che si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti. Abbastanza vicino, 15/20 minuti sempre a piedi, alla stazione ADO. Ottima pulizia, ottimo letto e ottimo sonno perché la struttura essendo rientrata rispetto alla strada, è molto silenziosa. Ci tornerò se capiterò nuovamente in questa bella cittadina.
