We highly recommend this property for business or pleasure.

The check-in experience was exceptionally good and very friendly. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and the excellent service. Everything was very comfortable—the room was great, very clean, and equipped with air conditioning and hot water, which made our stay even better. The location is also very convenient, right next to a 7-Eleven and close to public transportation, which we really valued. Additionally, the host was incredibly helpful and kind—she even assisted us in arranging a tuk-tuk to get to our bus station. Overall, a 10/10 experience. Highly recommended!

Very clean, aircon is cold, bed is comfortable. They have their own generator (had a 40minutes brownout when we stayed there) and if u arrive late, mcdonalds is just 3minutes walk. This is my very first time writing a review on this app—and that’s because the hotel I stayed at in Kalibo (Center Parkway Pensionne) was absolutely amazing. Out of the five bookings I’ve made through Booking.com, this one truly stood out. I am incredibly grateful to the hotel staff and especially to the owner, Ms. Lilian. She personally made sure that all her guests felt comfortable and well cared for. I even had the chance to speak with her in person—such a generous and kind-hearted woman. I truly felt the warmth of her welcome, and I’ll never forget the delicious ginataan she served. If I could rate her 100 I absolutely would. She deserves more than just a perfect score! My stay here will always be cherished, and I will definitely keep coming back. The location is also super convenient—very close to restaurants, pharmacies, terminals, and more.
