Central location especially ideal for exploring the city as a newcomer. All staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. My apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean. It had everything you would need like kitchenware, coffeemaker, cable tv, hairdryer etc and felt like a home away from home.

We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

We stayed 2 nights focusing our trip on Niagra falls visit, but on our last day wished if we could've extended the stay for a few more days. Walking around Toronto, eating at various spots and enjoying the buzzing city was quite cool (although it's partly because we visited during best weather).

Pearson Airport is one of the worst, especially for US residents who have to go through customs. That process was a nightmare. Traffic in Toronto and especially on Highway 401 is always congested so even though we rented a car we tended to use rideshare to get around. The city itself has some interesting tourist attractions, especially the Hockey Hall of Fame which is quite wonderful. And the Eaton Centre is a great shopping venue. Staying out of the heart of downtown would make for a much more pleasant experience.

Overall a good hotel in downtown Toronto, we stayed 6 days. You can walk almost everywhere from the hotel , which we did. People at the reception were friendly and helpful when we checked in and whenever we had questions. The kitchenette in the room was very handy, everything we needed was there. The gym and the sauna are great. The hotel lobby looks very nice.
