The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described but what truly stood out was the incredible hospitality of the hosts. I ran into some issues with my laptop during my trip, and they went out of their way to help me troubleshoot the problem. We hope we get the chance to visit again.

Enjoying a seafront location at Stalos Beach, Kristall Suites offer self-catering accommodation with Cretan Sea views. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Host and staff were super helpful, super friendly, and very generous with their time. They lavished love on our small dog. The setting of our room, overlooking the beach, was fabulous.

Lena and Elias treated us like family, and I truly mean that. They are amazing. I can't recommend this stay more highly. We had an amazing time and will absolutely stay with them again. We have never felt more welcomed. Location was great, we were close to old town Chania, very close walking distance to a gym (which was nice, Olympiko, 30 euros for one week), Lidl, and an "American" style bar called Legends. The view is unparalleled and breakfast with our hosts and the other guests was priceless.

Featuring a pool with a children’s section, the family-run Kalimera Hotel is located just 50 metres from the sandy Agia Marina Beach of Chania. Everything was very good. And the staff was very helpful and nice and went out of their way to help me in a difficult situation when, midway to the airport to catch my flight, I realized I had forgotten one of my baggages back in my room! It was very very early on a Sunday morning, before reception's opening hours, with the clock ticking dangerously close for my flight, but someone from the staff answered my call ( I woke them up from their sleep actually), went and picked my bag from my room, and handed it to me at the entrance of the hotel when I raced back - fortunately I caught up with my flight just in time! I really thank you for this!

Just a few metres from the centre of Chania, Creta Elena is a complex of self-catering units with views over the garden or the large, on-site swimming pool. Creta Elena was perfect. Welcoming, friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms and a great location a short walk from old town Chania.
