Gorgeous view and such a quiet little town. As someone without a car, it made it much more manageable and easy to explore the north of the Faroe Islands.

Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and had adequate shelf space. Shower was hot! Kitchen was clean, there is a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes, cooking pans, some miscellaneous pantry items. Radiant heat!!! Loved the warm floors. Lovely view. Loved being right on the water. Very spacious, clean and peaceful. Beds are comfortable. Not a lot of restaurants and such right in Hvalvík, but there is a gas station, Bonus supermarket and a few restaurants across the bridge. We highly recommend Rose's Restaurant. Make a reservation! Vert provides a nice thorough link to an app that has all your stay/check-in instructions in it. Very helpful. There is a detailed list of things to do upon checkout. If you don't do some, there are fines attached. But they are pretty much common sense and nothing over the top.
