Villas in Procida

It is difficult to describe all the beauty of the apartment and its surroundings. Very functional accommodation, directly on the sandy beach. Every day weddings, every day beautiful fireworks. From the beach to the left, about 15 minutes to the village (unfortunately, there is only 1 bar). There is also a train station. But if you turn left onto the road at the main entrance of the village, you will soon find a path on the right that leads over the reeds and soon after a large part along the shore of Lake Fusaro (about 30 minutes). The environment of accomodationis extremely animal-friendly. And the owner, an extremely friendly and warm person, always ready to help, but discreet. In short, it was wonderful.

Pool was beautiful and right on the beach

The villa was incredibly beautiful, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It was very comfortable for 5-6 people and we loved the ample outdoor space with the sun loungers, the pool and the fairy lights. The hosts were nice and attentive and they even left us bottled water, supplies to make pasta, cookies and coffee. I highly recommend for a friends group trip.

The property was amazing! The views from both inside and the roof terrace are incredible, whilst the property also provides a lot of private space. We spent the majority of our time around the pool area.

A Perfect Slice of Paradise – Beyond 5 Stars! We spent 7 unforgettable days at Villa Araucaria in Ischia, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental and more like staying at a beloved relative’s home — thanks entirely to Carlo Basile, the most gracious and attentive host we’ve ever encountered. Carlo went above and beyond in every possible way. He even crossed over from Naples just to welcome us personally, give us a full tour of the villa, and make sure we felt completely at ease. He was available 24/7 for any question or need — from local recommendations to small requests — always kind, responsive, and warm. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication anywhere. Very unique! The villa itself is immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings, and fully equipped to cook like at home. The mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning is powerful and covers the entire property — a true blessing in summer! The view? Stratospheric — sweeping, serene, and unforgettable. The silence and peace around the house made it the perfect oasis to unwind. The pool is the cleanest we’ve ever seen, and the lush garden is maintained daily, looking pristine every day of our stay. A special shout-out to Assunta, the housekeeper, who is a true gem! She visited daily to clean and maintain the villa, and change all towels and all sheets every 3 days!!! something we’ve never experienced at any other holiday home before. Her kindness and professionalism added a special touch to our stay. ❤️ We were a group of 10 people, and every single one of us agreed: this is the best villa we’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The combination of the location, comfort, service, and above all, Carlo’s outstanding hospitality, made this a home away from home in every sense. Great location, handy for port and beaches, close to shops, supermarket and bus stop, lovely to have a garden.

arrived by ferry from ischia on 24th june,the owner,camilla,met us at the harbour and walked us to the property,it was only 2 minutes walk,her husband was there to meet us,opened the front door and took us into the property,wow,what a beautiful place,immaculate and airy,and so clean,and everything looked brand new,they showed us around,on the bottom floor was a spacious living room,with L shaped sofa,a table with 4 chairs and a tv,there was also a bathroom with a bath/shower,bidet,sink and toilet,through to the fully fitted kitchen,with fridge,lots of pots/pans and cutlery,there was a coffee machine,gas stove and oven,she even made us a lemon cake,which was amazing,lemons and tomatoes in the fridge,also bottles of water,prosutto and eggs,butter,fruit drinks,the list goes on,there was a table with chairs in the kitchen,on the table were biscuits,french toast,bread,go upstairs and on the left was a large bedroom with king size bed,2 double wardrobes lots of drawers,side lights,outside the bedroom was another bathroom with sink,toilet,and bidet,through to the front was another bedroom with 2 single beds,hanging space and set of drawers,all the quality bedding was immaculate white and quality cotton,the views across the harbour was jaw dropping,you could spend an hour in the morning,watching life going on,and ferries coming in and going out,outside the property was a little lock up building with a washing machine,which we used,and like all the locals we hung them out from the window,the town beach was a 2 minute walk to the left of the apartment,it is very popular with tourists and locals alike,and the water was safe for children to swim in,we stayed for 4 nights,and enjoyed every minute,camilla and her husband even came to the apartment on the morning we left and gave us a little gift,such a nice touch,thank you,we could have easily stayed longer,as we loved it,next time we go to procida we will not hesitate to stay here again,

The room was comfortable, modern, and well-equipped with everything a family could need. The location was excellent—central and close to the island's most beautiful attractions. The owner was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it.

Nico and his brother Arco are splendid hosts, the house is fabulous, great location and fully equipped. Next time in this beautiful island will surly book again at Casa Vacanze Aurelia

The apartment is absolutely stunning-firstly, the location is like something from a film Set (scenes from The Talented Mr Ripley were filmed in the marina. Secondly, the interior is beautiful- carefully decorated and every detail thought of. We really did not want to leave .

Valentina the owner was very kind and helpful. The garden is amazing, and our apartment was nice, clean and well equipped! We havent lacked anyithing. The location of the houses is in a nice quiet area. There is a rocky shore wich you can reach from the garden trough a private door. (3 min walk)

We had a great time at Residenza Il Moro! The place is spacious and was comfortable for us as a family with a small baby.The location is perfect for exploring the island. To top it all, our hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful!

t's a beautiful Villa with a beautiful backyard and a panoramic rooftop. It features all you need for a great stay. Tony is a wonderful host who will help you with everything. We enjoyed our stay and will surely come back.

Apartmány byly krásné, čisté, opravdu velké. Na fotce vypadají mnohem menší. Opravdu obrovský plus byla klima, opravdu promakaná, venku mohli být 40, uvnitř stabilně 22. Kompletně vybavený a majitelé opravdu milý a vždy reagovali kdykoli bylo potřeba. Nejbližší pláž je čistá a je to rádoby záliv, takže voda je klidná a teplá. V lokalitě jsou dostupné restaurace i bary. Dostupné mhd, jednoduše jsme si naplánovali výlety.
