The host Paola is just such an amazing person. Her recommendation and treatment was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are completely new and very comfortable and nice with a great view from the balcony from which you can enjoy the breakfast in the morning sun. Paola serves perfect italian coffee. AC works perfect. Shower is a rain shower with a lot of water. The apartment is located just 100m from a very nice sandy beach with lots of Bars and Restaurants. All of it is in distance for walking. We loved our stay immediately and regretted not being able to stay longer. We’ll come back asap

We loved staying at the apartment, Mario and his Family are excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located a bit outside of Forio centre in a rather quiet Road, a couple nice Restaurants, two Supermarkets, Beach, Pharmacy, Beach- and Newspaper shop and a nice Bar are within short walking distance, so are the wonderful botanical Gardens. There is a nice equiped Kitchen, three Bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms and, last but not least a big and wonderful terrace with views from the Sea to Monte Epomeo and back again! The bus stop is just 5min away, the public transport (Bus service) in Ischia is very good, so there's no need to compete with local traffic ;-). If you want to walk to the city centre of Forio, there's a approx 20min walk, leading alongside the Beaches (and a lot of Restaurants) - do this at the beginning of the Sun setting and you will be rewarded with a wonderful sunset! Once again thanks a lot to Mario & Family for providing this Gem and for being wonderful hosts - Mille Grazie!

It was a dream! The most beautiful accommodation we've ever stayed in (and we've been to many places around the world). From the size and furnishings to the design of the apartment, everything was beautiful! Drinking coffee on our large terrace in the morning and looking at the lemon tree was fantastic. We were allowed to help ourselves to delicious fruits and herbs in the garden, and the landlord always gave us delicious fruit from the garden. Thanks to an installed water filter, there's also drinking water, so you don't have to lug water around.We felt very comfortable because it has a very harmonious and family-like atmosphere. It was a dream, and we'll definitely be back!

The host Nadia is outstanding. The property is located in a great location in secure private grounds. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. Nadia is an unbelievable host and has high standards. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, hopefully be back again.

Excellent location, very close to the train station (1 minute) and the city center (5-10 minutes walk). Cosy and comfy apartment, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. AC and Wi-Fi work perfectly. A very good restaurant practically in the same building. Francesco is a very warm and attentive host; he even allowed us to check-in earlier and leave our luggage for one hour after the check-out time - thank you so much!
