Everything was excellent! Lovely area, location, Paola! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location, handy for port and beaches, close to shops, supermarket and bus stop, lovely to have a garden.

We were a group of 6 people and we believe we might be the very first guests here, as the property is newly listed on Booking. Everything was absolutely extraordinary! Honestly, if I could give a score higher than 10, I would. Out of all the top-tier accommodations we have visited, Alex’s Hut easily ranks in our top 5, especially because of the outstanding human touch, the genuine kindness of the hosts, and the warm way we were welcomed. • The House & Amenities: The pictures don't do it justice; the house looks infinitely better in reality! It is incredibly spacious, flawlessly clean, and fully equipped from A to Z. We were pleasantly surprised to find the same level of amenities as a top hotel, but with the cozy feeling of being at home. The beds and rooms are very comfortable and spotless. The kitchen is super equipped with absolutely nothing missing, and the bathrooms are equally well-stocked (providing toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, house slippers, and more). Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is also a big plus. • The Welcome: When we arrived, everything was perfectly prepared for our accommodation. We were greeted with complimentary unlimited water, juice, wine, coffee, milk, and much more. The evening was a bit chilly, so our host graciously left the heating system at our full disposal. It's also worth mentioning that the property is pet-friendly! • The Location & Yard: The yard is spacious yet very intimate, situated in a quiet and safe neighborhood. • The Host: Katia is a wonderful host who made sure our entire stay was as comfortable as possible. She responds immediately to messages. Despite our late arrival at around 23:30, she came out to help us park both of our cars. She even went above and beyond by recommending local restaurants and making a dinner reservation for us.

The place is fully renovated, clean and close to Forio center where you can get to restaurants and bars by walking distance. The host is really helpful and always available in case of any needs. I really recommend the place!

We loved staying at the apartment, Mario and his Family are excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located a bit outside of Forio centre in a rather quiet Road, a couple nice Restaurants, two Supermarkets, Beach, Pharmacy, Beach- and Newspaper shop and a nice Bar are within short walking distance, so are the wonderful botanical Gardens. There is a nice equiped Kitchen, three Bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms and, last but not least a big and wonderful terrace with views from the Sea to Monte Epomeo and back again! The bus stop is just 5min away, the public transport (Bus service) in Ischia is very good, so there's no need to compete with local traffic ;-). If you want to walk to the city centre of Forio, there's a approx 20min walk, leading alongside the Beaches (and a lot of Restaurants) - do this at the beginning of the Sun setting and you will be rewarded with a wonderful sunset! The host Nadia is outstanding. The property is located in a great location in secure private grounds. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. Nadia is an unbelievable host and has high standards. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, hopefully be back again.
