This place is amazing!!!! All is perfect. Very good beds, one bathroom for each room. Kitchen with all, coffee machine,oven, corner for diner with TV….All is very,very clean!! And you are in center of the city!! Procida and Ischia are in front of you by boat.

Wonderful! Location is perfect, a few minutes from the port and town centre. Amazing sea view. Two swimming pools and beautiful garden allows you to relax in the shadow when you're tired of the sun. Paola was so nice, gave us good advice what to see, where to go, to eat, etc. One of my best vacations) will definitely try to return again as soon as possible.

We loved staying at the apartment, Mario and his Family are excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located a bit outside of Forio centre in a rather quiet Road, a couple nice Restaurants, two Supermarkets, Beach, Pharmacy, Beach- and Newspaper shop and a nice Bar are within short walking distance, so are the wonderful botanical Gardens. There is a nice equiped Kitchen, three Bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms and, last but not least a big and wonderful terrace with views from the Sea to Monte Epomeo and back again! The bus stop is just 5min away, the public transport (Bus service) in Ischia is very good, so there's no need to compete with local traffic ;-). If you want to walk to the city centre of Forio, there's a approx 20min walk, leading alongside the Beaches (and a lot of Restaurants) - do this at the beginning of the Sun setting and you will be rewarded with a wonderful sunset! Once again thanks a lot to Mario & Family for providing this Gem and for being wonderful hosts - Mille Grazie!

A neat apartment that was a perfect base for Pozzuoli and Napoli. Very clean and well presented. Close to the harbour for ferries and about 15 walk to the station. Hosts were there to meet and answered any queries via text. Grocery store near by and plenty places to eat and drink. Would highly recommend a stay here 😊

The host Nadia is outstanding. The property is located in a great location in secure private grounds. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need. Nadia is an unbelievable host and has high standards. Cannot recommend this property highly enough, hopefully be back again.
