The villa looks same as in pictures, everything is new and clean. The pool is amazing, and you can just cross the road to get to the beach. Each room has its own air conditioner, and each bedroom has a private bathroom and shower. The kitchen is well equipped. The sea view from the main bedroom and from the top balcony is breathtaking. The area is very quiet and relaxing, that at night you can even hear the waves from the sea! The villa is very clean, and the staff is kind. Chris is so friendly and was available for any of our questions.

The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

This charming apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The apartment is incredibly comfortable, with modern furnishings and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The living area is spacious, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The bedroom is equally inviting, with a plush bed that ensured I had restful nights throughout my stay. Casa De Nicole is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail in keeping the space tidy and welcoming is evident, from the spotless bathroom to the fresh linens and towels provided. The fully-equipped kitchen was a major plus. It had all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, which was great for days when I preferred dining in. The nearby grocery stores made it easy to stock up on essentials. The host, was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out and was always available to answer any questions I had. The warm hospitality added a personal touch to the experience. Casa De Nicole exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would love to return for another stay.

На първия етаж имаше още една тоалетна.След плаж имаше и външен душ до басейна. Басейна бе изключително чист и добре поддържан.Нови шезлонги и бонус кърпи за басейна. Имахме всичко необходимо за нашата ваканция-тостер,тостер за препечени филийки,микровълнова,фурна,котлони,кафе машина,сешоар,ютия,пералня,съдомиялна,голям хладилник,кана за вода и нужната посуда. Леглата са удобни,възглавниците ни бяха малко високи,но всичко беше превъзходно.В цялата къща има доста място за съхранение на вещи и багаж. Ползвахме кола под наем и затова ни хареса местоположението на вилите.Далеч от градската шумотевица,но близо с кола до всички известни и красиви плажове,заведения за хранене,супермаркети. Пристигнахме доста късно,защото полета ни закъсня и се настанихме безпроблемно. Г-н Кипрос и екип бяха много мили,отзивчиви,коректни и определено бихме дошли отново. Благодарим за прекрасната ваканция в Кипър!

Villa Nikitas предлага изглед към планината и помещения за настаняване с градина и балкон, на около 4,2 километра от театър Markideio. The house was very clean. Mr Panayotis was very responsive and polite. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and not too packed. The garden was incredible and fenced so we enjoyed most of our time outside relaxing. The interior was very cozy and traditional. All amenities required to cook etc were included. The cats outside were friendly and our dog was not even alarmed by them

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this villa in Cyprus. The property itself is stunning—spacious, beautifully maintained, and even more impressive in person than in the photos. The area is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding, yet still close enough to restaurants, beaches, and local attractions when we wanted to explore. Everything we needed was provided, and the villa was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. The host is very helpful, attentive, and made the whole experience seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommended and we’d definitely love to return!
