The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

The outdoor area was a true highlight—perfect for relaxing by the pool or enjoying meals on the terrace while soaking in the sunset. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions and beaches. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. Extremely comfy apt with spacious private terrace 10min walk to the beach & in Town ligger i Larnaca, mindre end 1 km fra Touzla-moskéen, 11 minutters gang fra Europe Square og 1,2 km fra Larnaca... Very cozy and clean apartment. Looks the same as on the pictures. Good bed and mattress. The apartment is very cozy really, we stayed for one night. It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂

Villa Nikitas is a very big and clean house, great place for a family trip. Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

We stayed at this villa (No. 39) resort and we were blown away by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, even way before that, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service was impeccable – quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every request was met efficiently, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It’s the perfect balance between serene seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. Sophia's Seaview Luxury Villas ligger i Pafos, 1,8 km fra Potima Strand og 6 km fra Kongegravene, og tilbyder indkvartering med gratis wi-fi, aircondition og adgang til have med en udendørs... Amazing stay, the villa was gorgeous and the pool was amazing. Highly recommend. There was a bus stop at the end of the road to get into Paphos and a parking spot at the house for a car making is very accessible. Great location and highly recommend Harmony restaurant at the end of the road. Great food and great service.
