We absolutely fell in love with this luxury seaside villa in Cyprus — truly the best place we have ever stayed. The architecture and interior design are stunning: modern, elegant, and perfectly thought-out down to every detail. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone complete comfort and privacy. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in front of the sea with magical sunset views each evening. The heated pool was our children’s absolute favourite, and the inflatables provided endless fun for them! The Nepali housekeepers were incredibly charming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Chris also made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay — fantastic hospitality all around. We really appreciated how peaceful the area was — no mass tourism, just the relaxing sound of the waves. Exactly what we were searching for. There are also great restaurant options nearby. Our top recommendation is Fly Again, with a wonderfully varied menu, a super friendly waitress, and an unbeatable beachfront location — the perfect spot for lunch or dinner by the sea. We can’t recommend this villa enough and we are already dreaming of coming back!

The owners are super friendly and ready to help you with everything you need. Also the house was as expected and there was everything available what you need for a comfortable stay.

Looks the same as on the pictures. Good bed and mattress. The apartment is very cozy really, we stayed for one night. It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂

Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

The instructions to collect the key is very clear, they have an app for all guides of the villa, the villa is spacious, Netflix is available and the location is very close to the main road, within walking distance to the famous beach. close to many restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs shops, etc BONUS POINT the cat who stays close to the villa is so cute! we love to pet and feed them.

We stayed at this villa (No. 39) resort and we were blown away by every aspect of our experience. From the moment we arrived, even way before that, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The service was impeccable – quick, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Every request was met efficiently, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the stunning Konnos Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. It’s the perfect balance between serene seclusion and easy access to nearby attractions. The villa design and layout were simply breathtaking – stylish, modern, and seamlessly integrated with the natural surroundings. You could tell that every detail, from the architecture to the interior decor, was thoughtfully curated to create a luxurious yet comfortable atmosphere. The scenery was equally mesmerizing. Surrounded by lush greenery and overlooking the sparkling coastline, the views from the villa were like something out of a dream. We were also thoroughly impressed by the amenities – a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, relaxing outdoor lounge areas, and everything you’d need for a comfortable and indulgent stay. We even had our own lift in the house! How fun! The food was another highlight. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I recommend the shrimp sanagaki at Tetra restaurant, but absolutely every dish was top notch. To top it all off, the prices were more than reasonable considering the premium experience we received. Sophia's Seaview Luxury Villas se encuentra en Pafos, a 1,8 km de Playa de Potima y a 6 km de Tumbas de los Reyes. We arrived late during the night and we received the code days before. Very easy to find the villa and easy to access. Ideal if renting a car because we had a drive-in as well. It is in a quiet area of Paphos but still close to many amenities. We found bread, milk, butter, ham and cheese on our arrival and it was an unexpected bonus which we really welcomed especially since we arrived during the night and had not bought any groceries. That was highly appreciated. Owner was available and helpful when needed and took action immediately.
