We absolutely fell in love with this luxury seaside villa in Cyprus — truly the best place we have ever stayed. The architecture and interior design are stunning: modern, elegant, and perfectly thought-out down to every detail. Each bedroom includes its own en-suite bathroom, giving everyone complete comfort and privacy. The location couldn’t be more perfect — right in front of the sea with magical sunset views each evening. The heated pool was our children’s absolute favourite, and the inflatables provided endless fun for them! The Nepali housekeepers were incredibly charming and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Chris also made us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay — fantastic hospitality all around. We really appreciated how peaceful the area was — no mass tourism, just the relaxing sound of the waves. Exactly what we were searching for. There are also great restaurant options nearby. Our top recommendation is Fly Again, with a wonderfully varied menu, a super friendly waitress, and an unbeatable beachfront location — the perfect spot for lunch or dinner by the sea. We can’t recommend this villa enough and we are already dreaming of coming back!

Dios Ponte Finikoudes Beachfront ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado en el centro de Lárnaca, a pocos pasos de Playa de Finikoudes, a 2 min a pie de Iglesia de San Lázaro y a 300 metros de Plaza... The apartment was very nice and spacious and was well equipped with everything that you need. The view from the balcony was so beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful and the access to the location was easy.

The property is stunning. The view and direct access to the beach obviously is an absolute highlight. The interior design is warm and welcoming. You truly feel like at home. The living room is also really bright during the day as it faces directly the sun and you even have balcony’s outside of each room (2 of the bedrooms have balcony’s facing directly the beach). What really stood out to me apart from the really beautiful property, is the amazing customer service from the house management. They kept me informed about everything, the check in was so easy and well organized. And also the moment I had any questions, even late at night, I always got quick replies and immediately support. I travel a lot and I can say, that this level of costumer support was extraordinary! Thanks for this amazing stay

Looks the same as on the pictures. Good bed and mattress. The apartment is very cozy really, we stayed for one night. It’s 15 minutes to the airport. We were satisfied🙂

Sophia's Seaview Luxury Villas se encuentra en Pafos, a 1,8 km de Playa de Potima y a 6 km de Tumbas de los Reyes. I hired all 3 villas for a family holiday and it was absolutely perfect. Each villa was very well equipped and to a very high standard. The children loved the pools and the roof tops with BBQ were a dream. In a quiet location it was a relatively short pleasant walk to the beach. All in all, definitely luxury.
