The villa is located near a cozy beach. Excellent recreational opportunities. There are shops nearby. Entertainment options for all tastes are easily accessible in Pratares and Ayia Napa. Everything in the apartment is clean and comfortable. The owners and staff were very caring and always ready to help. We will be glad to return there again.

The villa was outstanding, cleaners came every day, pool man every other day, staff were amazing, extremely helpful, facial and massages the best we've ever had. The restaurant was great, tasty food reasonably priced, staff exceptional service, breakfast perfect. Management excellent, great security guys, loved the buggy service! Great location, stunning views from the roof terrace, not too far out of Protaras
