The villa is new and was very clean. They even cleaned every other day. Тhere is a wonderful view of the sea and olive trees, a very beautiful and well-maintained lawn, although small. There was warm and clean water in the pool which was also cleaned every morning. Modern furnishings, three bathrooms on each floor, air conditioning and TV in every room and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine with Nespresso capsules for great coffee. Porch with a huge solid table and comfortable chairs, sunbeds and umbrella. And last but not least the hosts were extremely kind, they welcomed us and sent us off with lots of gifts and help with everything without being intrusive. Thank you very much!

It has everything you could ask for, and the views are amazing. The place is well-maintained, and the pools are cleaned every day. The bed was super comfortable. The staff were nice.

Offering a garden, sea views and seasonal outdoor pool, Xalonia Villas is set in Agios Nikolaos. The blue-flagged Trani Ammouda Beach is a 12-minute walk away. Everything was amazing ! The villa was clean , they changed the towels and sheets every other day , the pool and the bbq were cleaned every day . The kitchen well equipped . The view, breathtaking ! Close to everything ! The small village is just the thing you need to relax . Now...Nora ...the host , she was awesome ! She took us in the village with her car to do some shoping (she offered, I didnt ask) and then when we asked about the beach she said she will drive us there to show us . We needed a car to rent , she took care of it , we needed to order food , she helped . And another thing that was a nice surprise:she put the flag of the countries the ppl were from at the villa . Once you go there , you want to go back and you want to tell everyone how amazing it was ! Nora really knows how to make your staying enjoyable! Thank you 🤗😘
