The hosts are wonderful and extremely hospitable. We visited for a second year in a row and definitely would recommend it for families with children.

The bed was super comfy and the views from the pool were beautiful. The gardens were well kept and the house keepers made our stay feel extra homey. We stayed for 12 nights and loved every second! We were happy with the waking distance down to the main street and even the beach if we wanted to head out a little longer. Any time we needed help, the lovely house keepers were there for us and our needs with no fuss or complaints. They even decorated the villa for my boyfriend’s birthday which was a sweet and caring gesture. This is a fab place to stay for location, views and privacy. Would stay here again :)

Offering a garden, sea views and seasonal outdoor pool, Xalonia Villas is set in Agios Nikolaos. The blue-flagged Trani Ammouda Beach is a 12-minute walk away. Very nice location, with a nice view! The vila is very big and it has a very nice pool! It looks better than in pictures! Be aware that you need a car in order to go anywhere, including the beach ( its a very nice beach - max 5 mins by car), but in Halkidiki this is a rule, you need mobility! Btw! Rent a boat ! 🥰
