We would like to thank Mrs Athina for a wonderful holiday we had in her property. Everything was great, but the terase with the sea view was the best. But what we want to higlight the most is the owners attitude - gave us welcome and farewell gift, let us stay on checkout day till we need and offered us pool for free whenever it was available. Her kind and carefull approach made the stay very special an we do highly recomend this property for your holiday. Rent a car, use the tips owner gives you and have a wonderful holiday just like us (family with 2 kids 5,8). Just great! :-)

Circondato da pini e ulivi, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla Spiaggia di San Nicola, l'Alegria Villas Complex offre case a ristorazione indipendente con vista sul Mar Ionio. Siamo appena rientrati da un soggiorno a Zante presso Alegria Villas, non possiamo che confermare le recensioni di chi prima di noi ha avuto il piacere di essere ospitati dalla eccezionale Lia, persona squisita e attenta a tutto, dal nostro arrivo è stata sempre presente coccolandoci in tutto e facendoci sentire a casa. Cosa dire della struttura? Semplicemente fantastica, curata in tutto, nonostante sia un complesso di 6 abitazioni adiacenti, c’è spazio autonomo per ognuna, dal patio privato a diversi angoli attrezzati in questo meraviglioso giardino alberato, piscina fantastica, amache, barbecue, di tutto di più! Eravamo 2 coppie con 2 bambini di 8 anni e abbiamo faticato a portarli via di lì per andare al mare per quanto gli è’ piaciuta la casetta sull’albero e la vasca idromassaggio privata! Le spiagge più belle sono raggiungibili a piedi in 5 minuti, sulla stessa strada che porta al mare anche un market con qualche taverna, davvero se si cerca tranquillità e mare da favola, la macchina potrebbe anche non servire. Consiglio vivamente, noi torneremo a trovare Lia sicuramente!!!

We stayed in the Stone House, it was lovely and friendly. The house has vintage furniture, we loved it. The environment was so beautiful. The sea was so near, we could go into from the pier. The house has good equipment. Maria was so kind and helpful.

Situato a circa 2 km dalla spiaggia di Tsilivi, il Cicada Villas offre una piscina all'aperto, una terrazza e la vista sulla piscina. We stayed in this wonderful house from 5 July until 12 July. Only about 15 minutes away from the airport we were warmly welcomed into the beautiful house. The modern built house has nice and tasteful interior. The kitchen is well equipped and has even more than you need. The house was perfectly clean and the outdoor area aswell. The garden is very spacious and has a lot of different resting opportunities for enjoying the breathtaking view. The infinity pool was nice, warm and absolutely clean. Three times a week, the house got completely cleaned and we got new linens and towels. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cicada Villas, will come back again, and definitely recommed to everyone.

We thank you very much for your hospitality. We wish to come back again and visit Zakynthos. The place we stayed was amazing, clean and sanitized with COVID-19 measurements taken very seriously. Esmeralda and Eleni were 2 absolute nice people and very helpful. The location is great, i’m definitely coming back in the summer.I fully recommend this place for groups, families and friends that want to have a great time!

Situata a circa 2,6 km dalla spiaggia di Tsilivi, l'Astarte Villas - Anapnoi Villa with Private Pool offre una vista sulla propria piscina all’aperto stagionale, un patio, un giardino, un barbecue e... The apartment is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. The view is the best view of the island and Maria and Kostas as hosts must be mentioned because they are so cool and personal. In any situation we needed help, they were there for us. The apartment looks exactly like in the pictures. It’s really modern and with a personal touch. You find everything you need. Maria is bringing fresh towels every two days so that it almost feels like a hotel experience. We could highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.
