A recently renovated property, A Ridosso dei Sassi is set in Matera near Matera Cathedral, MUSMA Museum and Tramontano Castle. There was nothing to complain about. We were satisfied with everything. As we travelled during the low season, we paid a little (in comparison with July-August in Italy). And we got a great location, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and a full kitchen equipment

It’s super clean and you can see the detail of deep cleaning.( shinny bathroom and even the table in the balcony) the private parking is a big plus and just 5 minutes walk to the center. Super quiet, no noise from neighbors. Easy communication with the owner via WhatsApp.

Everything is great. Beautiful and very clean appartment and we really like the welcoming cake and sweets. The appartment is nicely decorated to a very high standard, and Margherita was very helpful and kind.

Terrassiga Tiffany Home asub Materas, ainult 1,1 km kaugusel Matera katedraalist ja 1,3 km kaugusel MUSMA muuseumist. Puhkemajal on rõdu. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The flat was perfect, everything was good. We kept in touch with the host via watsap, the messages were fast, we could not speak English on the phone. On arrival, the host reserved a parking space for us in front of the entrance to make it easier to get in. Otherwise there was indeed free parking in the surrounding streets. The aprtman's fridge was stocked with some drinks and food for breakfast, and there was coffee next to the coffee machine. We received a map and some useful information about the city from the host. The old town is 10 minutes from the aprtman. Matera is a really beautiful and special place, you can walk around the city all day, there is so much to see, the cave houses, the temples, the stairs, the squares, the city built on a cliff... A real must-see category.

Hiljuti renoveeritud M&G puhkemaja asub Materas Casa Grotta nei Sassi, Tramontano lossi ja Matera katedraali lähedal. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum ning kõikjal levib tasuta WiFi-ühendus. This is a great place. New, spotless, well-equipped, with the kindest owner who came and found us when we got lost! Just steps outside the city centre and at a very fair price. Grazie!

La perla di tufo asub Materas, vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Matera katedraalist, 16-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel MUSMA muuseumist ja 1,2 km kaugusel Casa Grotta nei Sassist. The host was very very kind . The cleaness was outstanding . Bed was comfortable.everything was so close to go around . Sassi was only 7 minutes walking. Beautiful house .thankyou Antonio ;);)

After 3 weeks of traveling thru southern italy, we booked this apartment, and it didn't disappoint . IT was by far the best stay of our entire trip!!..Beautiful apartment, super well equipped, immaculately clean, beautiful bathroom.. Great working Wi-Fi. nice view of the countryside from the balcony ..Nice terrace in front with outdoor furniture.. A washing machine was available at no extra cost..Secure parking inside property accessible with remote control.. Electric shutters on windows .The fridge was stocked with water and fruit juices , jams, and yogurts for breakfast at your own leisure in the apartment.. The espresso machine is there too with pods and milk . Croissants and various little cookies for breakfast also .It is all set up if you want to cook and well equipped..It's about 6 kms ( about 8 min) from the sights in Matera ,we chose not to stay in the city and didn't regret it..Accessing the sights in Matera from here is very easy , there are Parking structures available all around and very close just a couple of blocks away... THE host are gracious and obviously take great pride in their business, and it shows .We highly recommend this B&B when visiting this area .Thank you, Giusy and husband, for making this an exceptional 2 nights stay..

Konditsioneeriga Lo scorcio sul Barisano asub Materas, 800 meetri kaugusel Matera katedraalist ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel MUSMA muuseumist. Extremely clean, amazing light and great attention to details overall. I loved everything!

Terrassiga L'angolo di Cinzia asub Materas, vaid 1,9 km kaugusel Sant' Agostino kloostrist ja Matera Centrale raudteejaamast. Matera katedraal ja MUSMA muuseum on umbes 2,3 km kaugusel. The entrance in the house is directly from the street. It is a very nice, modern, cozy and clean apartament. Good communication with the host. If you have a car is very easy and quick to reach the central parkings. Lots of Free parking spots, right in front of the entrance in the house. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom amenities. The breakfast consists in supermarket sweet pastry packed, chocolates, UHT Milk, small pack juice, yogurts, butter, honey, jams, Coffee, tea, natural water, nice to have them, but not a healthly breakfast, it is a lot of sugar. There is an umbrella in the appartment and we were happy to use it, since it was a rainy day.

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. This is by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed! The photos are lovely, but they can’t fully capture the feeling of the tall ceilings, the spacious and impeccably clean rooms, and the overall fresh, modern atmosphere. The location is unbeatable, and it's the thoughtful little details that truly elevate the experience—like the refrigerated still and sparkling water, coffee and tea, milk, yogurts, and pastries. I haven’t seen this level of care and attention in any other place I’ve stayed. These small touches make a big difference and turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. Highly recommended!
