A recently renovated property, A Ridosso dei Sassi is set in Matera near Matera Cathedral, MUSMA Museum and Tramontano Castle. There was nothing to complain about. We were satisfied with everything. As we travelled during the low season, we paid a little (in comparison with July-August in Italy). And we got a great location, plenty of space, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and a full kitchen equipment

We had a wonderful stay in this authentic cave house. Inside it stays pleasantly cool even in July, and the large bed was very comfortable. The owner, Roberto, is extremely helpful and hospitable — he even walked with us to the sandwich shop to make sure we got the best sandwiches. The location is fantastic, with everything nearby, and the parking was very convenient. Highly recommended!

Location - amazing, 500m from the garage, 20 steps away from amazing panoramic view of Matera. Apartment is gorgeous, clean and beautifully decorated. We couldnt have asked for more. Breakfast is tipical Italian with coffee, cornetto and biscuits.

Terrassiga L'angolo di Cinzia asub Materas, vaid 1,9 km kaugusel Sant' Agostino kloostrist ja Matera Centrale raudteejaamast. Matera katedraal ja MUSMA muuseum on umbes 2,3 km kaugusel. We liked the fact that the host greeted us personally on our arrival. He reserved a parking space for us and made sure that we had everything organised, including breakfast. He even suggested two very good restaurants.

Located in Matera, 80 metres from Palombaro Lungo and 500 metres from Tramontano Castle, Sui Lecci provides accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. For me, Sui Lecci was like a home away from home. Hosts are kind and always try to give an warm care. On the last day, they offered to drive me to the railway station. I'd like to express my deep gratitude.
