Beautiful and spacious apartment for my party of 8 adults. Toilets appear to be newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. Nice bar and restaurants within mins walk. Host Alessandro is very helpful and thoughtful. My group took a flixbus from Venice to Ravenna to board a cruise the next day, and we didn't expect the flixbus to drop us off at a location with no taxi and amenities. It was late at 9pm and I texted Alessandro for help. He came to our rescue by booking a taxi for us and making sure we got on the taxi and received us at the apartment to show us around. I was worried that taxi company might not speak English and requested Alessandro to assist us to get our transport to the cruise terminal the following day. Alessandro went above and beyond to ensure we got our taxis and sent us off at check out. We really appreciate Alessandro's kindness, we can't ask for a better holiday home and host. Thank you so much!
