The apartment was in a perfect location for those traveling without a car. It was a five minute walk to the major train station and an equally close walk to the minimetro which takes you into the center of Perugia in 10 minutes. The hosts were very attentive, the apartment itself was clean, spacious for two people, and had everything we needed. There’s a laundromat, lots of little cafes, and a grocery store all in walking distance.

Casa Celeste está en Nocera Umbra, a 35 km de Estación de tren de Asís y a 27 km de Basílica de San Francisco, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas a la ciudad. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and spotlessly clean. A big plus is the garden where you can enjoy your coffee with a great view to the town itself (a 15-min walk to Casa Celeste). Speaking of coffee, while no meals were officially included in the price, I was pleasantly surprised to see that coffee, tea and, some cookies etc. were also provided. The host, Mr. Gianni, and his family are exceptionally cordial, making you feel like a guest (not just any tourist...). For those visiting Umbria by car, Casa Celeste is an excellent choice of accommodation, even if your travel plans are more focused on other towns, eg Assisi, Foligno, Spello, Gubbio etc.

Casa Mafalda está a 29 km de Cascada de Marmore y a 39 km de Piediluco Lake, y dispone de wifi gratis y terraza. Esta casa o chalet tiene acceso a un balcón. Casa Mafalda is without doubt the best self-catering apartment I have ever stayed in. Rita was an exceptional host. During our 12-night stay she made sure we were always stocked for breakfast with eggs, bread, pastries, yoghurts, tea, coffee, jam, Nutella and milk. She even offered to change our linen halfway through the stay and offered to take out our rubbish and recycling. She also suggested a local wine tasting and personally drove us to and from a vineyard and cantina in Montefalco so that we could enjoy the experience. She is so proud of the beautiful area she lives in and genuinely wants her guests to experience its magic. We certainly felt it. During our two weeks we enjoyed day trips to Perugia, Assisi, Foligno, Trevi and the Marmore waterfalls, as well as local highlights such as the Spoleto Rocca, a hike on the Giro dei Condotti and a walk along the disused Spoleto–Umbria railway line. Casa Mafalda is beautifully decorated, spotless, well equipped and perfectly located. It is only a five-minute walk from the station in one direction and a ten-minute walk from the old part of Spoleto in the other. It is a fantastic base for exploring Umbria and beyond. If we had stayed even longer we would have made more use of the Ancona train line to explore parts of the Marche and the Roma Termini line to see more of Lazio. Spoleto is wonderfully well connected and full of interest both in its own right and throughout the surrounding region.

Casa Valentina 1 está en Perugia, a 5 km de Iglesia de San Severo, Perugia, a 21 km de Estación de tren de Asís y a 9 min a pie de Estación de tren de Perugia, y dispone de balcón. Si se tiene como base Perugia para recorrer la zona la ubicación es magnifica a 3 minutos caminando de la estación de trenes y a 6 minutos del Mini metro para subir a Perugia, el dpto es grande cómodo, bien iluminado y calefaccionado, el baño con tina y y buena presión y temperatura de agua, la cama bastante cómoda, el dpto tiene terraza para tomarse un trago o un café, o salir a fumar. Los anfitriones, Liudmyla y Massimiliano, no los conocimos en vivo, pero ellos estuvieron todo el tiempo en ayudarnos y aclarar todas las dudas que tuvimos El día que salíamos del dpto nos permitieron quedarnos 1:30 hora mas para no tener que esperar tanto nuestro tren

La casina di Assisi está en Asís, a 4,9 km de Estación de tren de Asís, y dispone de una sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana. La ubicación es fantástica. A dos minutos del templo de Minerva pero aislada del ruido. La anfitriona, un encanto y muy servicial. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso.

Casa Ginevra se encuentra en Orvieto, a 2 min a pie de Catedral de Orvieto y a 20 km de Civita di Bagnoregio, y ofrece alojamiento con equipamiento como wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana. La localización es perfecta, la casa estaba impecable y las camas muy cómodas. La ducha muy buena. Nos permitieron salir del departamento media hora después porque tuvimos un retraso. El televisor fue el primero en la zona de la Toscana que tenía Netflix, agradó muchísimo a los niños.

Residenza Donna Iohanna se encuentra en Gubbio y ofrece vistas a la ciudad y wifi gratis a 44 km de Perugia Cathedral y a 45 km de Iglesia de San Severo, Perugia. The apartment is on the 1st floor of the building so a few steps to walk up. The property was very carefully and tastefully designed. The photos were a little deceiving as it seemed a lot bigger on the website but it's ideal for a couple. There are 2 windows which open into a small street so no views of Gubbio but the main entrance is right next to the Carmignano stream which flows through the town.There are plenty of places to store your belongings and we found everything we needed. The apartment was lovely and warm on arrival and for those chillier nights there were plenty of extra blankets. The bathroom is ensuite and soap, shower gel and toilet paper were provided along with towels. There is also a hairdryer in one of the bedside tables. Free wifi and a flat screen tv which rotates so that you watch tv from the comfort of the bed. There is also a coffee machine, coffee pods, kettle, tea bags, plastic cups and a mini fridge. (Sugar and milk are not provided just in case you need them) Very central location, near to all the monuments, bars and restaurants and only 5 minutes on foot to nearest car park and free bus which passes every 15 minutes. Didn't get to meet Lorenzo but he kept in touch to make sure everything went well. Overall we were extremely happy and would definitely recommend. Hopefully we'll return in the future.😊

Dimora Porta Venere está en Spello, a 13 km de Estación de tren de Asís y a 33 km de Perugia Cathedral, y ofrece alojamiento con equipamiento como wifi gratis y TV de pantalla plana.
