This is a unique property, fairly newly built and solid in construction, set in an off the track property adjoining a tea estate. It’s a great escape from the monotony of a hotel and in a town like Nuwara Eliya it’s perfect for a family to relax in. There is plenty of room with the best part being the attentive of the hosts. Nothing is a problem and any issue is fixed straight away. We arrived in terrible weather and he helped get dinner for us. We were sad we missed the sun! We did wake up to watching many people working on the estate outside

The home stay was really comfortable and the owner was a super nice guy with a little daughter who even showed us their cute cat simba. He even cooked for us in the evening for a fair price and the food was really tasty. The owner speaks really good english and is very nice (brings you into the city or gives you tea if u want to). The home stay is like a little flat which even has a little kitchen and a chill area. Its not far away from the waterfall trail which is definitely a must see. All in all we were very happy and would recommend 100%.

The food was also very tasty. Nice view from the room. I’m fully satisfied with the quality and service.

The host was really nice and helpful! The facilities were clean and even better than expected. Situated close to the railway.

Kohapeal on järvevaatega majutusruumid, tasuta WiFi-ühendus ja tasuta eraparkla. -there are 3 houses in colonial english style overlooking Mount Pedro, sunrise and Nuwara Eliya. - very nice interior design with all facilities - very clean; confortable bed - they even put beautiful natural flowers in a vase, and lots of printed info about the area, Budhism, tea plantation. - staff helpful and friendly, they even offered us a gift when we checked out. - breakfast was also good - such a nice garden with flowers and birds - because at night it may be cooler they offer heating device, which was actually great.

Grillimisvõimaluse ja mäevaatega Thuring's Holiday Bungalow asub Nuwara Eliyas, 600 meetri kaugusel Gregory järvest. Kohapeal on tasuta eraparkla. The house is amazing. Clean and picturesque. We didn’t realise at first but Gregory Lake is just walking distance from the place. Commuting from Gregory bridge is recommended for future travelers if they want to save a few bucks from transportation. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly, the house, the view is splendid. Would 100% visit again.

The location could not be more perfect. A gorgeous cottage right in the middle tea fields, you could not ask for a better way to experience the Nuwara Eliya/ Nanu Oya hill country. The staff were exceptional in theory professionalism and friendliness. The fppd was exquisite. And the view will be forever seared into my memory as what heaven might look like. If you manage to pull yourself away from the delights of the cottage, the Somerset Tea Factory tour was absolutely exceptional. My friend had already been on a tea factory tour and for me the trip was really perfunctory (when in Rome) but it was absolutely fascinating, I learned so much. I could not recommend it more. A top tea-er experience!!
