The hosts are very friendly; we were delighted by the little gift waiting on the table when we arrived: neatly wrapped wafers, a jar of delicious raspberry jam, and a souvenir magnet. ❤️ Everything’s super—100% recommend. ❤️ The stairs up to the bedroom are a bit steep, but that’s nothing compared to all the positives. 😉

Aleksandra Viesu Namiņš ligger i Aglona, 3,8 km fra Aglona Bread Museum, i et område hvor man kan fiske. The cabin is located by a quiet and beautiful lake. It offers both the ability to sleep in a cozy little room upstairs, and a couch downstairs for when the nights got a bit hot. On top of that the owner was wonderful.

A beautiful guesthouse in generous land. The hosts could not do more providing transport, advice and for fees transfers, delicious local food and best of all a traditional smoke sauna. Very well appointed house too

We stayed in a lovely lakeside cabin in Latgale with four adults, and it was perfect. The cabin has been nicely renovated, offering a cozy and comfortable stay. The property is spacious, with plenty of activities to enjoy – free bikes, boats, and SUP boards are available for guests. There’s also a covered gazebo, a barbecue area, and a great playground with small houses, slides, and climbing frames for children. The hostess is absolutely wonderful – kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape into nature and spend quality time in a peaceful setting. And if the sky is clear, you’ll be treated to the most stunning sunsets over the lake – truly unforgettable.

The cabin has big windows with an amazing view, it's very private (no neighbours close by), the inside is very cozy and, I would say, had everything we needed.

The place has all you need for a comfortable stay. The views of the lake in the evening are absolutely stunning, and you can enjoy them right from the hot tub. It’s peaceful and secluded, perfect for unwinding. There’s also a nice BBQ area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and cozy getaway.
