We loved our stay, I booked this for my best friend who came home from the US. She liked everything, pool was great too! Morning scenery is amazing and relaxing (Mount batulao can be visibly seen). There are no nearby neighbors, perfect for large and loud groups. But since you are alone on the farm, suggesting to bring everything you need (food, condiments, toiletries, etc.). We had fun using karaoke, billiards, and pool. It is worth the price. Ms. Ann and the caretakers are nice and accommodating even if we have lots of questions.

It is a whole house, very clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and there are two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable. Outside, there is a spacious lawn with barbecue facilities, perfect for relaxing. The overall style of the house is modern, tasteful, and very well maintained. The caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient with small shops close by. The beaches are about 30 minutes away by car, which was easy and manageable. Overall, an excellent place to stay. We would gladly return and can highly recommend it.
