From the view to the staff, this place blew us away! When you open the doors to the view, you are taken aback. Second to that, all staff are the most kind, helpful and genuinely nice people we've ever come across (Kim and Nicah get a special mention for making sure our stay was as great as it was) although all staff including the driver who left us to the Tuk-tuk terminal at the drop of a hat, were incredible. The AC was top class, as an Irish couple we needed the AC after a hot day! Breakfast was delicious, whatever you ordered and coffee great too.

Absolutely loved our stay at The Apartments at El Nido! The staffs were so friendly and accommodating including the guard and the attendants, especially David who welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything that we need and our stay was comfortable . The unit was spacious and homey for our group of 7, AC was strong. The kitchen inside was complete with microwave, kettle and air fryer. Cooking is not allowed in the unit but their common kitchen is very nice, with ample aesthetic tablewares. Another plus, unlimited coffee and hot chocolate (this one was really good!). My nephew loved the free ice cream and the pool — and easy access to drinking water everywhere 😊 Location-wise — very close to the restaurants and shops and the beach, too! We also availed of their private tour. The tour guide and the boat crew were so helpful and attentive. Loved the sea pool! Overall, excellent customer service, great location and value for money if you’re looking forward to a comfortable vacation in El Nido with the family.

The pool is perfect for fun, big enought. Also good massage services.

Lost in a small Philippine village with the locals. The house was clean, the food was great, and the service was perfect. Beautiful sea view. It would be even nicer to have another option for sun loungers in front since there is another house to share them with. Everything was perfect, but one of the main reasons we’re leaving such a great review is thanks to Nimfa. She speaks perfect English, is extremely respectful, always available, and answered all our needs. She works almost 24/7. Having such an amazing housekeeper is so important for a house like this, you’re very lucky to have found her. Our experience definitely wouldn’t have been the same without her. We would definitely come back for the beach and to see her again! And thank you to Luka for being so accommodating 🙂

We had a lovely weekend stay with our family and friends at Alitaptap Villa. We wanted to stay away from town so this was a great choice for us. Our children really enjoyed the pool and the staff set up a bed in the room so we could sleep in the same room as us. There is also a loft room and a small house separate from the main house which our friends slept in. EVeryone said the beds were super comfy! The master bedroom was spacious and the bathtub was amazing! We utilized the kitchen and the bbq daily and the staff came once a day to refresh the space. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely come again :)
