Our company rents out new modern apartments with Scandinavian style. The company is located in Tenerife. We are serious hard working people, and one of our employees lives in the building to secure optimal service. Our aim is to deliver Nordic style and feeling, based on Nordic quality.

Property information

Relax in this new and modern apartment with Scandinavian style. This is a quiet neighborhood suitable for adults and we recommend that you have a car. Enjoy the huge terrace with dining table, barbeque, parasol, sun chairs and a nice view of the ocean. The apartment is fully equipped for a relaxing stay. Two good size bedrooms with standard size doble beds and wardrobe in each room. The kitchen has a micro oven and a cooking top, but no oven. This area is a quiet neighborhood, best suitable for adults who want to relax. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator so it is not suitable for elderly or disabled people. According to the Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021 we are obligated to ask for your DNI/passport number, first and second name, date of birth, sex, nationality, e-mail address, phone number, number of people in your party, and your address. This is easily done by using the Governmental Check-in Scan app, and you will get instructions and link to the app through the booking message service upon arrival. Thank you!

Neighbourhood information

This is a quiet area suitable for adults, and we recommend that you have a car. Walking distance to Buen Paso with some restaurants bars, grocery shops and shops for necessary amenities. A short trip by car to Icod de Los Vinos and 25 minutes to Puerto de la Cruz. You can visit the famous dragon tree and Botanical Garden and it is a short trip to Garachico which is a famous tourist spot. You can also visit the famous Teide volcano.
