Everything!! Honestly, I have stayed in a lot of hotels in my life. 5 star hotel around the world and I can honestly say, Hotel batonico & Oriental Spa , is the best one. It's simply beautiful. The garden is amazing,. It's so nice they could actually charge people to view it. The hotel itself is lush, roomy corridors and rooms, immaculately decorated. The Breakfast is in a class of its own.....they actually have champagne on ice, with fresh orange juice on the side for a morning bucks fizz! And the selection of food is fresh, tastey and cooked to perfection. With lots of healthy and vegetarian options. The pool and spa area is amazing. The workers are a delight! So warm and welcoming, very attentive. Just perfect. I would go every single year if I could. Which leads me to the price...OK, so it's not the cheapest hotel, BUT it is definitely worth the cost, if not more. Love, love , love it

Location was great for me as I like walking, i would consider the hills if youre not a keen walker. The food was great the drinks were great and the staff were all really helpful

Great, very friendly service! Good advice regarding restaurants! We got the rooftop room with a perfect 360 view of the city and valley of orotava as well as the Teide! Great stay, in the middle of town!

The staff, and the unique architecture and decoration

This has been one of the most pleasant and charming experiences I can recall, and a perfect escape from the mass tourist farms of South Tenerife. Alhambra is perfectly perched in La Orotava old Town, super close to restaurants and sights, and beautifully decorated following the architecture of Granada's same name monument. It's a family run business with just a handful of rustic rooms that are cozy, clean and neat, while also offering beautiful views of the town and Mount Teide dominating the skyline (though it's usually cloudy in the afternoon). Special thanks to Jessica who prepares delicious breakfast every morning. Everything went smoothly with check in and check out. Definitely want to visit again!

Staff, gardens, room size, location

Love this place, good price and stuff

Option to include meals. Size of the room. People I faced on reception. It's neither good or bad for us, but the average age of visitors was 50+ what can be not the besst match for young people(we are 30+)

The breakfast as well as dinner was better than expected. The staff were more than friendly.

The location is impossible to describe. One of the best places I ever slept. We got a good value as we only reserved accomodation. The pool (open until 19:00) helped us refresh after a long day hiking under the sun. The staff was extremely nice and helpful all the time.

The view from the terrace was phenomenal, the room was large and spacious. Everything was clean, sheets and towels were changed every day. The kitchen area is equipped with all necessities. The people at the reception are very friendly and ready to help you with any concerns or questions.

Most unexpected pleasent stay as we opted for a cheap option. But the room with the large balcony was great. I’d grade the bed a 10, slept great. Place is in a big round street were you can always find parking spots

Clean, quiet and staff is lovely

Very friendly staff. Beautifull garden and environment. A bit from the center but very quiet and the hotel restaurant and bar is very nice. Easy to walk down to the pitoresque town (we went back with taxi - 7 EUR - to avoid the stairs way up). Nice to travel up with car to the Teide from here. Green side of Tenerife with view on the Teide.

Very good and plentiful breakfast. Beautiful pool area. Cozy room with a very large bed and quality bed linen.
