This place is beautiful! The property is lovely and the hotel itself is very high quality. It can be difficult to find one with the iPhone app. It does not map perfectly. Thankfully, the host was very responsive and I was able to find this lovely spot.

Nunzia and Carlo gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our first floor room which had its own bathroom and sun terrace. We sat on the terrace and watched the sun go down surrounded by a green space and peace interrupted by birds singing and the occasional hum from a bee. We were given directions to a local restaurant that was cheap and good. We slept well and next day woke to a special breakfast . Carlo made the excellent coffee while Nunzia had prepared traditional Sardinian pastries with fruit, juice cheese and meats and lots of extras. It was excellent. We did not speak Italian at all but thanks to Nunzia we muddled through and laughed together. If you want a modern clean quiet stay in the countryside , this is a tough stay to beat.

Situated in SantʼAnna Arresi, 47 km from Nora and 47 km from Nora Archaeological Site, Casa vacanze residenza del sole offers a garden and air conditioning. The property has garden and city views.

The location was great, although a bit far from any of the area's beaches. The residence is a renovated old house, with nearly 1 meter thick stone walls, partially under the ground level, which made it a bit cooler. That said, the AC was needed nearly every day. The apartment has all the comfort needed, and a bit more. There are restaurants, pizzerias and shops nearby. Good to know: Do not use the AC, oven and the water heater at the same time or the master fuse will trip, needing a manual reset from the street (for which a special key is needed).
