We had a medical ill health issue and the staff organised a doctor and the receipt of medicine. We are not young and really valued them carrying our suitcases. Nothing was too much trouble. They looked after us with the greatest of care.

What a amazing hotel! The location is ideal, close to all the places of interest (shops, restaurants, castle, lake). The hotel is very beautiful, just like the pictures. Our room was super spacious, extremely clean and with all the necesary facilities. The staff was the best part of it all. Everybody was so available, nice and helpful. They helped us with parking and extended our check out time after our request. I’ve been to Ioannina a many times, and I can describe it as the best experience. I will come back for sure and I recommend this hotel a 100%! Thank you!
